Altered States Integration

Altered States Integration is an online platform for harm reduction, education and psychedelic integration. Founders Tobey and Elizabeth have a wide range of experience and draw inspiration from a wide range of topics, including: psychedelic harm reduction, nutrition, psychology and political activism. They believe that talking about psychedelic and altered state experiences is an excellent tool to reaching deeper personal understanding. Altered States Integration hosts a monthly themed integration circle as well as many educational and harm reduction classes and events.

TOBEY TOBEY

Tobey has 6 years of experience as a harm reductionist with Zendo Project, N.E.S.T., DanceSafe, and Harmonia offering on-site peer support and drug education. He is a founder and integration coach at Altered States Integration and past president of the Psychedelic Club of Denver.

ELIZABETH J.O.

Elizabeth J.O. is a Holistic Nutritionist and Change Coach with 12 years of clinical experience. Since graduating from Bastyr University, she has studied: MHFA, human behavior, psychology, yoga, flow states, and mindfulness-based therapies.
